Builders Clean
MCorp’s construction site cleaning service is designed to provide all builder’s of residential (low to high density) and commercial properties with cleaning services during each stage of construction.
MCorp ensures that all construction site cleaning personnel possess Construction Industry (“Red Card’s”) in addition to specialised training on various aspects of building site cleaning such as:

Removal of paint, render, mortar and glass protection sheets from glass surfaces;

Removal of protective covering from stainless steel and brass surfaces;

Special hand polishing techniques for polishing stainless steel, brass and glass;

High pressure cleaning of brick and concrete surfaces;

Window cleaning of both internal and external glass (including high glass cleaning for multi- level properties);

Use of boom and scissor lift equipment;

Use of scaffolding
All construction sites cleaned by MCorp also have a dedicated Operations Manager who remains on-site from start to finish. This ensures the continuous supervision of all cleaning personnel in addition to a direct point of contact for all on-site foremen and builders.
Prior to the commencement of any works, MCorp undertakes a full Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) of the site and works and ensures that all on-site cleaning personnel participate in a on-site orientation and occupational health and safety (OH&S) induction. This process is conducted by a WorkSafe certified OH&S MCorp representative.
Prior to the completion of works, MCorp’s on-site Operations Manager will undertake in final on-site inspection together with the on-site foreman or builder ensuring that all cleaning specifications have been met and to the full satisfaction of the builder.
All construction sites cleaned by MCorp are protected by a $10M (AUD) public and product liability insurance in addition to valid workers’ compensation insurance for all cleaning and supervisory staff.
All construction site cleaning projects are also managed in line with Australian and New Zealand standards concerning OH&S through MCorp's fully certified OH&S Management System (OH&SMS)(AS/NZS 4801:2001). MCorp is also a full member of the Australian Housing Association (HIA).
