Commercial Cleaning Services
MCorp’s cleaning services ensures that all sites are serviced by professional and experienced cleaners who undergo continuous staff training and utilize current, industry leading quality management and OH&S policies and procedures. All contracted sites are managed by a dedicated Operations Manager specially trained in all aspects of cleaning, staff management and on-site quality and OH&S evaluations which are conducted on a scheduled and on-going basis.
MCorp also ensures that all employees are covered by valid insurances including public and product liability ($10M) and valid worker’s compensation insurance for all employees.
Irrespective of whether your organization is public, private, government or non-profit, MCorp understands the need to be flexible and competitive with billing arrangements. MCorp’s fee structure, therefore, provides for an off-set of your cleaning costs by offering generous payment terms and extremely competitive prices.
Probation Period
All MCorp arrangements begin on a probation/trial basis of no less than three months. This feature enables MCorp clientele to experience, first hand, the level of professionalism offered and delivered by all MCorp cleaning personnel; our high level of 24 hour corporate support; and our prompt, clear and concise billing systems.
The principal purpose of MCorp’s probation/trial period is to provide all new MCorp clientele with an opportunity to experience the way in which MCorp conducts itself on an operational basis whilst being free from any contractual and on-going arrangement. It also provides MCorp with an opportunity to prove itself based on merit and actual performance rather than promise alone.

The cleaning services division of MCorp specializes in the following areas:
- Construction site cleaning (during each stage of construction);
- Office complex cleaning (including multi-level office suites);
- Shopping centre cleaning (including plazas and malls)
MCorp also supplies its own plant, machinery and equipment including boom and scissor lifts (construction site and external multi-level window cleaning); buffers; scrubbers and car park sweepers (shopping centre cleaning); in addition to general cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals (including environmentally friendly product options).
MCorp's sub-contracted services also include:

All sub-contracted service providers are checked for valid product and public liability insurances, accredited safe working procedures (OH&S) and relevant licensing accreditations.
