The Labour Hire Services Division of MCorp Property Services™ is designed to provide the supply of personnel, specifically trained and versed in all areas of commercial cleaning applications.
As part of MCorp’s screening process, prospective employees are required to undertake the following:
- Thorough interviewing and referee checks
- Aptitude tests (including assessment of reading and writing levels)
- Police records check (both name and fingerprint assessment, as required)
- On-site skills assessment (both general cleaning applications & machinery operation assessment)
After satisfying the above criteria, MCorp applicants are placed on various MCorp commercial (and residential) sites for on-site training and further assessment. This process is designed to ensure that all MCorp cleaning personnel are thoroughly assessed and trained prior to their positioning at MCorp labour hire sites.
On-Site Evaluations and Re-Evaluations
All sites serviced by MCorp personnel are inspected, by experienced supervisory staff on a regular basis in order to ensure that all personnel are fulfilling the unique requirements of each respective site and client.
An On-Site Evaluation Report is completed following each site inspection and a copy is immediately provided to each client (or client representative). Where any item is listed for review, a re-evaluation is subsequently conducted ensuring the rectification of any concerns and a further On-Site Re-Evaluation Report is then provided to the respective client. This process ensures the continuous assessment of staff performance on all labour hire sites serviced by MCorp personnel.

Fee Structure
Irrespective of whether your organization is public, private, government or non-profit, MCorp appreciates and understands the need to be flexible and competitive with billing arrangements. MCorp’s fee structure, therefore, provides for an off-set of your staffing costs by offering generous payment terms
All invoices are generated on the 1st day of each month following the rendering of services by MCorp personnel. Invoices are clearly and accurately documented including start, finish and break times in addition to all personnel names and any necessary comments regarding the area of their work and/or training. In addition to flexible payment options, MCorp is also able to provide all businesses with a competitive, cost effective flat hourly rate inclusive of all loadings, insurances and staff allowances.
