RTO Certification
Dione McMahon, Assistant Manager, Corporate Support & OHS of MCorp Property Services™ Pty Ltd received her full certification this month (November 2009) as a Registered Training Officer (RTO). Dione received her RTO certification following the completion of all training and practical models incorporated within the 16 week intensive RTO course conducted in
Dione also possess her OH&S Construction Industry (“White Card”) and is also a WorkSafe certified occupational health and safety officer. Dione’s qualifications enable her to induct, orientate, train and supervise cleaning personnel employed and contracted by MCorp’s cleaning and labour services divisions, particularly in the area of safe working procedures in addition to the facilitation of OH&S committee meetings and workshops.
Dione also conducts on-site OH&S risk assessments, job safety analysis (JSA's) and prepares standard operating proceedures (SOP's) on behalf of MCorp for all new and existing office cleaning; shopping centre cleaning and construction site cleaning sites. Dione also played a major role with assisting MCorp in obtaining full OH&S Certification (AS/NZS 4801:2001) which MCorp received on the 16th December 2009.
